Pet Sitting takes place at the sitter’s home. You can bring your cat there yourself, or the sitter can pick them up at the agreed time, depending on what works best for you and your cat.
Your sitter will take care of everything you’ve agreed on, from feeding and cleaning the litter box to playtime, attention, and your cat’s usual routines, making sure they feel comfortable in their new surroundings.
Throughout the stay, you’ll receive photos and updates about how your cat is doing, how they’re settling in, and all the important details you’d want to know.
At the end of the service, you can pick your cat up from the sitter, or the sitter can bring them home to you. We’ll make sure the return is just as calm and comfortable as the rest of their stay.

We’ll pick up your cat and take them to the appointment, choosing the best route based on the distance, weather and their needs, always keeping your cat safe and comfortable.
We’ll stay with your cat throughout the visit, keep an eye on how they’re feeling, and make a note of everything the vet or groomer tells us so nothing important gets missed.
Once the appointment is over, we’ll bring your cat home safely and comfortably, with the same care we took getting them there.
Once your cat is back with you, we’ll tell you how the visit went and pass on all instructions from the vet or groomer. After we leave, we’ll also send you a written report, so nothing important gets lost and you’ll have all the details right there in the chat. If it was a grooming visit, we’ll send you a few fresh photos of your cat looking their best too.

Every Lepa Šapa specialist goes through a multi-step selection process before they even begin training, take the required tests or sign a contract.
The process includes background checks, reviewing publicly available information and a personal interview. We look carefully for any red flags that could put a pet at risk. Around 10% of applications are rejected before candidates even reach the training stage. -

Unlike many services, our training isn’t just a handful of five-minute videos. Around 32% of candidates don’t make it through the training stage. Our course covers the knowledge anyone caring for pets should have: animal behaviour and psychology, body language, emergency procedures and much more.
At the end of the course, every candidate is tested, and not only in writing. In a world where AI can help with almost any exam, we want to make sure the knowledge is real. That’s why, after the written tests, we hold a final in-person assessment. No phone under the desk or earbud can help there: we want to know that the person meeting your pet genuinely understands animals and is prepared to care for them. -

Every pet is different. That’s why we approach each one individually, taking into account their temperament, habits and specific needs, so they feel both safe and comfortable.
We also collect all the essential information from you in advance. When you’re about to leave for a trip, the last thing you need is to suddenly realise you forgot to mention something important. Our coordinators go through every detail with you before you meet your Lepa Šapa sitter or walker, from how often your cat’s litter box should be cleaned to what medication your parrot takes.

We’re always in touch
You’ll always know what’s going on. During walks and pet sitting, we send photos, videos and short updates. For walks, you’ll also receive a screenshot from the route tracker, so you can see where your pet went, how far they walked and how long it took.
Want even more updates? No problem. Our walkers and sitters can video call you or send reports more often.
We know how hard it can be to leave a family member, even for a few hours. That’s why your walker or sitter, as well as your Lepa Šapa coordinator, stays in touch throughout the service.
